CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Article 1. Is it ratified? Framework Agreement between the Republic of Bolivia and the Islamic Republic of Iran?,

signed in the city of La Paz at 27 days of September 2007.

Article 2. The Executive Body through an Interpretive Declaration, must communicate to the Government of the

Islamic Republic of Iran that the denomination of? Republic of Bolivia?, should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia?, in accordance with the Constitution of the State, promulgated on February 7, 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, seven days of the month of June of the year

two thousand ten.
