CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14 of the Constitution of the State, is ratified.

the? Debt Conversion Program of the Plurinational State of Bolivia in front of the Kingdom of Spain?, signed in the city of Madrid, at 15 days of the month of September 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eighteen days of the month of November of the year

two thousand ten.
