CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. Articles 1 and 2 of Law 3919 of 18 August 2008 are amended, under the following text:

Article 1. The National Social Housing Fund's (ex-FONVIS in

settlement) Entitlement Unit is authorized, the exceptional award of the approved, located in the urban plan, 17, 18, 19 and 20 of the block 027, according to the urban plan

Urbanization Delights, former COVIMA of the area? La Tamborada?, from the city of Cochabamba, with a surface of 1,481,54 m2, prior to the completion of formalities of Law and payment in the framework of the current regulations governing the operation of said entity, in favor of the Departmental Federation of Retired teachers from Cochabamba, with the aim of implementing the Project Albergue of the retired Master in charge of that Federation, not

existing the possibility of splitting, selling or transferring free to third parties.

Article 2. The amount to be cancelled at the time of the award of the lots, will be the result of the avaluo

cadastral elaborated by the Municipal Government of Cochabamba, after verification of the Finanaciera Area of the Regional Agency of Cochabamba Unit of Entitlement of the National Social Housing Fund (ex FONVIS in liquidation).

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the first day of December of the

year two thousand ten.

Therefore, I enact it so that it has and will comply as the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
