CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. According to the privileges set out in article 158, paragraph I, numerals 10 and 14

of the Constitution of the State, is approved the? Addenda to the Act of Understanding between the Bolivian Government and the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela for the placing of Bonds of the General Treasury of the Nation of the Republic of Bolivia?, signed on 24 November 2010 in Caracas Venezuela.

For the purposes of the Act of Understanding the Denomination of? Republic of Bolivia?, should be understood as

? Plurinational State of Bolivia? and the name of? Ministry of Finance? should be understood as? Ministry of Economy and Public Finance?.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeen days of the month of

December of year two thousand ten.
