CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article

I. Approve the Cession Contract of the? Operation Contract for the Area Block XX Tarija West? Field Itau?, subscribed to

date 1 October 2010, between OILFIELDS BOLIVIANOS, TOTAL E&P BOLIVIAN BRANCH BOLIVIA, BG BOLIVIA CORPORATION BRANCH BOLIVIA, PETROBRAS BOLIVIA S.A. and YPFB CHACO S.A., in the framework of the Constitution of the State and applicable regulations applicable.

II. Approve the transfer and transfer made by TOTAL E&P BOLIVIA BRANCH BOLIVIA of a

percentage of your participation in the rights and obligations of the? Operation Contract for the Area Block XX Tarija West? Field itau?, in favor of PETROBRAS BOLIVIA S.A. and YPFB CHACO S.A. under the contract of Cession mentioned in the previous paragraph.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeenth day of the month of

December of the year two thousand ten.
