CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

ARTICLE FIRST. It is declared of necessity and public utility, the expropriation of the entire property

owned by Paola Ingrid Florero Tango, with registration in Royal Rights under the registration number 1.01.1.99.0008790, for the expansion of the House of the Freedom.

ARTICLE SECOND. A fair price payment is available, determined according to the provisions of the

Law of December 30, 1884, in charge of the House of Freedom, dependent on the Cultural Foundation of the Central Bank of Bolivia.

Executive organ, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, four days of the month of January of the

year two thousand eleven.
