CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Political Constitution of the State, I approved the Loan Agreement, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Development Bank of China on 23 July. December 2010, for the sum of up to $us251,124,000.00 (TWO-HUNDRED AND FIFTY-ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND USD 00/100 USD), destined to finance the Project? Communications Satellite Tupak Katari?.

II. The Space Agency (EBA) is authorized to obtain all the insurance required under the Contract of

approved loan and the Commercial Contract signed with the company Great Wall Industry Corporation of the The People's Republic of China.

III. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Loan Agreement approved by this Law.
