CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:
PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article.
I. In accordance with the provisions of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State Political Constitution, paragraph 1, I approve the Loan Agreement between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and The Export Import Bank of Korea? EXIMBANK-K on August 26, 2010, for the sum of up to $us41,061,000.-(FORTY-ONE MILLION SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND USD 00/100), destined to support the financing of the Project? Construction of the Banegas Bridge?.
II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation, to assume the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Loan approved by this Law.
Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
Is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, twenty-four days of the month of February of the year two thousand eleven.
