CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

approve the Loan Contract, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Corporation of Promotion? CAF on December 14, 2010, for the sum of up to $us20.696,058, 81 (TWENTY MILLION SIX HUNDRED AND NINETY-SIX THOUSAND FIFTY-EIGHT U.S. DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Southern Integration Roads Project? Phase III?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Loan Agreement approved by the

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, twenty-four days of February

of the year two thousand eleven.

Therefore, I enact it so that it has and will comply as the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
