CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Political Constitution of the State,

approve the Loan Agreement, No. 2365 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bank Inter-American Development? IDB on November 16, 2010, for the sum of up to $us20,000,000 (TWENTY MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to support the financing of the? Employment Support Program?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation, to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Loan approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, twenty-four days of February
