2011 APRIL 29 LAW



For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:


D E C R E T A:

Article 1. A national, departmental and regional public need and need is declared, the endowment of an

adequate infrastructure for the Yacuiba Municipality Fire Unit, Department of Tarija.

Article 2. The General Command of the Bolivian Police through the Departmental Command in Tarija, are

responsible for the institutional organization of the Fire Unit in Yacuiba.

Article 3. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Government in coordination with the General Command of the

Bolivian Police, and the subnational government agencies of the Department of Tarija, will establish the mechanism for financing, For the construction of the Fire Unit of the city of Yacuiba, according to current legal regulations.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, at the thirteen days of the month of April of the year

two thousand eleven.
