CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. State of national priority the construction of a new Prison Center in the city of

Sucre from the Department of Chuquisaca.

Article 2. They are responsible for the implementation of this Law, under the principle of coordination, the Authority

Executive through the competent Ministries, the Autonomous Government of Chuquisaca and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Sucre.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-three days of May of the

year two thousand eleven.
