CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

As for the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declaration of national priority and urgent regional need for the construction and equipment of a

Second Level Hospital in Chuqui Chuqui? District 7 of Sucre Municipality, Chuquisaca Department.

Article 2. The Municipal Autonomous Government of Sucre, in coordination with the Departmental Autonomous Government

of Chuquisaca and the Ministry of Health and Sports, will be responsible for managing the financial economic resources, to concretize the project.

Article 3. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Health and Sports, in coordination with the Government

Autonomous Department of Chuquisaca and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Sucre, will be responsible for the allocation of items necessary for the Second-Level Hospital operation.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-three days of May

year two thousand eleven.
