CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article.
I. In accordance with the provisions of the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State,
approve the Financing Agreement, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the World Bank on 09 March 2011, in the amount of up to DEGs31.900,000.-(Thirty-One Million Novehundreds Mil 00/100 Special Drawing Rights), equivalent to $us50,000,000.-(Fifty Million 00/100 American Dollars), destined to finance the Project? Strengthening the Statistical Capacity and the Information Base for Evidence-Based Planning?
II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation, to assume the repayment
of the obligations that are contracted in the implementation of the Financing Agreement approved by this Law.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days of the month of June of the year
two thousand eleven.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State.
