PRESIDENT-IN-OFFICE OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State Political Constitution, Article 158 of the Constitution, I approved the Agreement on Loan No. 2498 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Bank of Development? IDB on March 26, 2011, for the sum of up to $us15.800,000.-(FIFTEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND 00/100 U.S. DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Preinvestment Program in Strategic Transportation Projects?

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation, to assume the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Loan Contract No. 2498 /BL-BO approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

Is given in the Sessions Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eleven days of July of the year two thousand eleven.
