PRESIDENT-IN-OFFICE OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declare as Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Plurinational State, to the Feast of St. Ignatius

of Moxos, held every July 31, in the town of San Ignacio de Moxos, Moxos Province, Department of the Beni. Being a national priority, the preservation and promotion of their rites, dances, garments, music and other cultural expressions of this holiday.

Article 2. The Government of the Department of Beni, Sub-Government of Moxos, Corregimiento, Government

Municipal of San Ignacio de Moxos, Gran Cabildo Indígena de San Ignacio de Moxos, are responsible for their compliance, organization, preservation, promotion and dissemination.

Article 3. Is the Executive Body entrusted, the management and subsequent allocation of the necessary technical and economic

for the conservation and dissemination of the Festa Mayor of San Ignacio de Moxos? Ichapakene Piesta Vijaremu? u?.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, twenty-four days of August

of the year two thousand eleven.

Therefore, I enact it so that it has and will comply as the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
