Law No. 172 law of 20 September 2011 ALVARO GARCIA LINERA President in exercise of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: article 1. Declared as Intangible Cultural heritage of the State multinational, to the feast of San Ignacio de Moxos, on each 31 July, in the town of San Ignacio de Moxos, Moxos province, Beni Department. Being a national priority the preservation and promotion of their rites, dances, costumes, music and other cultural expressions of this festival.
Article 2. The Governor of the Department of Beni, Sub-gobernacion de Moxos, district, Municipal Government of San Ignacio de Moxos, great Cabildo Indígena de San Ignacio de Moxos, are responsible for compliance, organization, preservation, promotion and dissemination.
Article 3. Is it entrusted to the Executive Branch, management and subsequent allocation of the necessary technical and economic resources for the preservation and dissemination of the greatest feast of San Ignacio de Moxos? Ichapakene hint Vijaremu? u?.
Refer to the Executive Branch, for constitutional purposes.
Two thousand eleven is given in the room of sessions the Assembly Legislative plurinational, twenty-four days after the month of August of the year.
