CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE.-

I. In accordance with the provisions of the 10ª attribution, paragraph I of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

approve the Contract of Loan No. 2440 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bank Inter-American Development? IDB on July 26, 2011, for the sum of up to $us.30,000,000.-(Thirty Million 00/100 American Dollars), destined to finance the? Drainage program in the Municipalities of La Paz and El Alto?.

II. The Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz and El Alto, in their capacity as implementing agencies, are authorized

assume the repayment of the obligations they are contracted in the execution of the Loan Contract No. 2440 /BL-BO approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Legislative Assembly Plurinational to the four days of the month of October

year two thousand eleven.
