CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE.- Pursuant to the provisions of the 13th, paragraph I, attribution of Article 158 of the

Political Constitution of the State, the transfer is approved, in title Free of charge, of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Government of Arani of the Department of Cochabamba, in favor of the Council of the Magistrature as an integral part of the Judicial Organ, with exclusive destination for the construction of the House Judicial, with an area of 554.11 square meters (m2); immersed within the area of 1,277.20 square meters (m2), registered under Computerized Registration Number 3.05.1.1.0001676; whose colindances are: to the north with Calle Bolivar, to the south with a municipal land, east with the Cupertino Salazar property and land

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the nineteenth day of the month of October

of two thousand eleven years.
