CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. In accordance with article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Constitution of the State

Plurinational, is ratified it? Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, signed in the city of La Paz, on 30 December 2009.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the fifteenth day of November of the year two thousand eleven.

Therefore, it is enacted to be and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State.
