CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. The IV and V paragrafs are included, to the Fourth Transitional Provision of Law No. 031 of

Autonomy and Decentralization, with the following text:

? IV. The allocation of resources for the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés will be the one corresponding to the

established in the first paragraph above, and for the Public University of El Alto, 0.355% of the total cash collection by Tax co-participation of the Value Added Tax, the Supplementary Scheme to the Value Added, the Tax on the Utilities of the Companies, the Tax on the Transactions, the Tax on the Specific Consumes, the Customs Gravamen, of the Tax on the Successions and the Free Transmissions of Goods and the Tax on the Air departures to the outside, with this percentage being discounted from 75% of these revenues for the TGN. Making a total of 5,355% tax co-participation.

V. The allocation established for the Public University of El Alto will vary according to direct function to the changes

percentage in the participation of the departmental population of La Paz that corresponds to the participation of the Universidad Mayor de St Andrew after each National Population and Housing Census?.

All provisions contrary to this Law shall be abrogated and repealed.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
