CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Article 1. In accordance with article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Constitution of the State, is

ratifies it? Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bolivia and the Government of the Republic of Cuba on the Enforcement of Criminal Judgments, signed in the city of Havana, on 28 April 2008.

Article 2. The Executive Body through an Interpretive Declaration, must communicate to the Government of the

Republic of Cuba that the denomination of? Republic of Bolivia? should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia? and the name of the? Judiciary? should be understood as? Judicial Body, in accordance with the Constitution of the State, promulgated on February 7, 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the day one of December of the

year two thousand eleven.

Therefore, the law has been enacted to comply with the law of the State Plurinational of Bolivia.
