CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article. The Executive Branch of the State Central Level, through intergovernmental agreements with the

Autonomous Territorial Entities, will prioritize the afforestation and reforestation of the riverbanks of the Department of Santa Cruz, through short, medium and long term projects.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, twenty-four days of the month of

November of two Eleven years.

Therefore, it has been enacted to comply with the law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
