CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. The National Health Fund is authorized to transfer, for consideration, to the real property registered in Rights

Reales under the Computerized Departure No. 01062611, located on Calle Colón N ° 435 (current Colón Street No. 517), in favor of The Plurinational Legislative Assembly for the construction of its new buildings.

II. The Maximum Executive Authority of the Chamber of Deputies is entrusted with the corresponding administrative procedures

the transfer of the immovable property, cancelling for the same the right price.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the fourteen days of December

of the year two thousand eleven.
