CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Constitution of the State

Plurinational, is ratified it? Agreement for the Constitution of the International Academy against Corruption as an International Organization?, signed by the Plurinational State of Bolivia in the city of Vienna, on September 2, 2010.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the sixteen days of December

of the year two thousand eleven.
