Law No. 219 law of 28 of December 2011 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: article 1. Within the constitutional framework of the exclusive powers of the central State level, is declared Cultural heritage of the Bolivian people and a national monument of the plurinational State of Bolivia to the? Do plaza Murillo?, located in the city of La Paz, and formerly known as: the Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Armas, 16 de Julio square or kilometre zero.
Article 2.
I. whereas the national cultural, monumental and historical patrimonial character of this asset, empower ministries of Foreign Affairs, the Presidency and cultures, the shelter, safety and use Protocol of the same.
II. the ministries referred to in the previous paragraph, are responsible for taking the measures necessary for the promotion, preservation, restoration and defense of this property, without the need for prior authorization of any kind.
