CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. In accordance with Article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Constitution of the State, is

ratifies it? Technical and Scientific Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Bolivia and the Republic of Panama, signed in Panama City, on 29 October 2008.

Article 2. The Executive Body through an Interpretive Declaration, must communicate to the Government of the

Republic of Panama, that the name? Republic of Bolivia? should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia?, in accordance with the Constitution of the State, promulgated on February 7, 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the fifteenth day of February of the

year two thousand twelve.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
