CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

As for the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. In accordance with the provisions of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State Political Constitution, Article 158 of the Constitution,

approve the Contract of Loan No. 2637 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bank Inter-American Development? IDB on December 28, 2011, for the sum of up to $us5,000,000.-(FIVE MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Beneficiary's Single Registration Program?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation to assume the repayment of the debt that is contracted in the execution of the Loan Contract No. 2637 /BL-BO approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days of the month of March of the year

two thousand twelve.
