CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declare of necessity and national priority the construction, equipment and operation of

Psychosocial and Psychopedagogical Centers for Social Reinsertion and Rehabilitation for Childhood, adolescence and Youth with Alcoholism Problems in the nine departments of the country, specialized in medical care, psychological counseling, social work and technical rehabilitation? professional.

Article 2. The Executive Body is authorized through the Ministry of Health and Sports to jointly the

Departmental Autonomous Governments and the Municipal Autonomous Governments of the country, coordinate actions to manage the internal or external funding for the execution of the Psychosocial and Psychopedagogical Centers for Social Reinsertion and Rehabilitation.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-nine days of March

of the year two thousand twelve.
