CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE.

I. Pursuant to paragraph 10 of paragraph 1 of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State,

the Loan Contract concluded between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation? CAF, dated March 23, 2012 and its amendment dated May 29, 2012, for the sum of up to $us. 27.500,000.00.-(TWENTY-SEVEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND 00/100 US DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Natural Disaster Prevention Program in Bolivia?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation, to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are contracted in the Execution of the Loan Agreement approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, three days of the month of July of two thousand

twelve years.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the law of the State Plurinational Bolivia.
