CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, paragraph I, attribution 14th of the Constitution of the State,

is ratified? Framework Agreement between the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Government of the People's Republic of China on the Preferential Credit that China grants to Bolivia?, signed in the city of La Paz, on December 22, 2011.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twelve days of July of the year

two thousand twelve.
