CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 158 paragraph I, attribution 14ª of the Constitution

Plurinational State Policy, is it ratified? Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, in the field of the Prevention of Indue Use and the Repressure of Illicit Drug Trafficking? Cochabamba, on 31 March 2011.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the thirteen days of July of the year

two thousand twelve.
