CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE.

I. Declare the 1st of May of each year? Day of Work?, in recognition and tribute to the Bolivian worker and the Bolivian worker, whose work is a fundamental part of the social construction of the life of the Bolivian society.

II. Is it instituted as a national holiday? Day of Work? with suspension of public and private activities, giving rest throughout the working day with the respective payment of assets. If the holiday falls on a non-business day, it must be compensated by the next business day.

III. The Government of the Plurinational State and the Autonomous Territorial Entities, should carry out activities in honor and commemoration of the? Day of Work?.

All provisions contrary to this Law are repealed and repealed.

Remit to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.
