CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

DECLARE SITE OF CULTURAL AND NATIONAL HISTORICAL INTEREST

TO THE MONUMENT OF THE HEROINES OF THE CORONILLA,

THE HEROES ' WALK AND THE MONUMENT OF THE WEAPONS,

LOCATED IN THE SAN SEBASTIAN HILL, FENCED PROVINCE

OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COCHABAMBA

Article 1. A site of Cultural and National Historical interest is declared to the Monument of the Coronilla Heroins,

The Walk of the Heroes and the Monument of Las Armas, located on the hill of San Sebastián, Province of the Department of Cochabamba.

Article 2. The Executive Body through the Ministry concerned, the Autonomous Departmental Government of

Cochabamba and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Cochabamba, will evaluate, catalog, restore and maintain in a coordinated manner the artistic riches.

Remitase the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, four days a month from the September

of year two thousand twelve.
