CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:
PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. The National Monumental, Historical, Cultural and Architectural Heritage of the State
Plurinational of Bolivia, the Metropolitan Cathedral of Cochabamba, located in the Municipality of Cercado of the Department of Cochabamba.
Article 2. The preservation of the Metropolitan Cathedral of Cochabamba, as a Historical, Cultural and Architectural Monument, is declared a priority.
Article 3. According to current regulations, the Autonomous Government Departmental of Cochabamba and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Surrounded by the Cochabamba Department, they will be able to manage funds for the preservation, maintenance and restoration of the Metropolitan Cathedral of Cochabamba.
Article 4. The Ministry of Cultures is responsible for the registration, cataloging and Issue of the Cultural Heritage certificate, referred to in Article 1.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the eleven-day of the month of
year two thousand twelve.
