CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. State the Department of Cochabamba,? National Capital of the Sports Practice of the

Flight at Parapente?.

ARTICLE 2. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Health and Sports and the Ministry of Cultures, the

Autonomous Government of Cochabamba and the Municipal Autonomous Governments of the Department of Cochabamba, in the framework of its competences, will make relevant efforts for the development and incentive of the practice of the sport of the paragliding flight, as well as the inclusion of the same in the public policies of recreation and development of the tourism.

Remitase to the Authority Executive, for Constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Assembly Sessions Room Plurinational Legislative, at eleven days of the month of September

two thousand twelve years.
