CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. The Department of Cochabamba, Capital of the Flowers of the Plurinational State of

Bolivia.

ARTICLE 2. The central level of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, through intergovernmental agreements with the Autonomous Territorial Entities, will prioritize Floriculture in its phases of production, industrialization and marketing in the Department of Cochabamba, through plans, programs and projects in the short, medium and long term.

Remit to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Sessions Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at eleven days of the month of September

two thousand twelve years.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the law of the State Plurinational of Bolivia.
