Law No. 284 law of 18 September 2012 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: article 1. Declares the Bufeo or fresh-water Dolphin (Inia boliviensis) Natural Heritage of the plurinational State of Bolivia.
ARTICLE 2. He organ Executive of the level Central of State in coordination with the entities territorial autonomous, will prioritize the protection and conservation of the Bufeo or dolphin of water sweet and its habitat, through political, programs and projects to short, medium and long term.
