CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1.

ARTICLE 2. The Executive Body of the Central State Level in coordination with the Territorial Entities is declared to the Bufeo or Delfin de Agua Dulce (Inia Boliviensis) Natural Heritage of the State

Plurinational of Bolivia.

ARTICLE 2.

Autonomy, will prioritize the protection and conservation of the Bufeo or Delfin de agua dulce and its habitat, through policies, programs and projects in the short, medium and long term.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at fourteen August of the month of August two thousand

twelve.
