CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Attribution 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approves the Contract of Loan No. 2614 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bank Inter-American Development? IDB on 09 November 2011, for the sum of up to $us.35,000,000.-(THIRTY-FIVE MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Program of Strengthening the Integrated Health Networks in the Department of Potosi?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the Loan Contract No. 2614 /BL-BO approved by the present Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the three days of September of the

year two thousand twelve.
