CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, Attribution 10ª, of the Constitution

State Policy, the Contract of Loan No. 2664 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bank, is approved Inter-American Development? IDB on July 24, 2012, for the sum of up to $us52,000,000.-(FIFTY-TWO MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the? Municipal Management Improvement Program?.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the nineteenth day of the month of

September of the year two thousand twelve.
