CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeral 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the transfer is approved free of charge, of the lot of land with a surface of 2,294,54 square meters, immersed within a the area of 11,034.60 square meters, registered in Real Rights with Folio Real Nº 2.01.4.0165832, owned by the State Attorney General, whose colindances are: to the North with the street Martín Cárdenas; to the Sud with the street of the Architect; East with Noel Kemf Market Street; and West with June 11 Street; in favor of Municipal Autonomous Government of El Alto, destined for the extension of the routes Noel Kemf Mercado, Martin Cárdenas, 11 of June and Avenida del Arquitecto.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-six days of the month of

September of the year two thousand twelve.
