CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, attribution 13ª of the Constitution

State Policy, the transfer, free of charge, of a lot of land of 4341.80 m2, of Property of the Autonomous Municipal Government of Monteagudo, located in the neighborhood? San Jose del Banado? Municipal District Nº 2, manzano 8 of the city of Monteagudo, inscribed in Real Rights of the Municipality of Monteagudo, Province Hernando Siles of the Department of Chuquisaca, under the Computerized Registration Number 1.05.1.1.0004032, dated February 15 2012, whose colindances are: North with 50.00 meters with the street without name; to the Sud with 50.00 meters with the street without name; to the East with 87.00 meters with the street without name; to the West with 87.00 meters with the lot of property of Mr. Ladislao Pérez Calderón; in favor of the Universidad Mayor Real and Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca, for the construction of a multi-functional university coliseo.

Remit to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the first day of the month of Year

two thousand twelve.
