CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Attribution 10ª, of the Constitution

Policy of the State, the Contract of Loan No. 2771 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bank, is approved Inter-American Development? IDB, dated September 20, 2012, for the sum of up to $us78,000,000.00.-(SEVENTY-EIGHT MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the Program of Reforms of the Water, Sanitation and Water Sectors in Bolivia.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days in November of the

year two thousand twelve.
