CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. It is declared a national priority, the improvement of water quality for human consumption to

through appropriate technologies throughout the territory of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

Article 2. The Executive Body of the central level of the State will coordinate with the autonomous territorial entities,

in the framework of their competences, the implementation of projects at the level of Technical, Economic, Social and Environmental Study? TESA, to improve the quality of water for human consumption, prioritizing its implementation in the Department of Beni.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Assembly Plurinational Legislative, at the sixteen days of the month of

November of the year two thousand twelve.
