CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declare Cultural Heritage of the Bolivian People, to the Monument Architectural? First House of

the Moneda de Potosi?, located in Plaza 10 of November, for the historical architectural and archaeological values it represents.

Article 2. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Cultures, and the Autonomous Territorial Entities, of

agreement to its privileges and powers, are responsible for cataloging, preserving and preserving the good.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the thirteen days of the month November

year two thousand twelve.
