CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Pursuant to Article 158, paragraph I attribution 14, of the Political Constitution of the State,

ratifies it? Additional Protocol to the Convention of Reciprocal Assistance for the Repressure of the Illicit Trafficking in Drugs Producing Habit, signed between the Governments of the Republic of Bolivia and the Federative Republic of Brazil, on August 17, 1977? City of La Paz, on August 2, 1988.

Article 2. The Executive Body through an interpretative statement, will communicate to the Government of the Republic

Federative of Brazil, that the name? Republic of Bolivia?, should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia?, in accordance with the Constitution of the State, promulgated on February 7, 2009, and Supreme Decree No. 048 of March 18, 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, four days of the month of December of the

year two thousand twelve.

Therefore, it has been enacted to comply with the law of the Plurinational State. from Bolivia.
