CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, paragraph I attribution 14, of the Constitution of the State,

is ratified? Agreement between the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Government of the Republic of Cuba on Cooperation to Combat Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances or Other Substances of Similar Effects and Crimes Related?, signed in the city of Havana, on October 15, 2010.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, four days of the month of December of the

year two thousand twelve.

Therefore, it has been enacted to comply with the law of the Plurinational State.
