CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 14, of the Political Constitution of the State,

is ratified? Second Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, Intended to Abolish The Death Penalty, approved by Resolution No. 44/128 of 15 December 1989, of the General Assembly of the United Nations.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the eleven days of the month of April of the year

two thousand thirteen.
