CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. (OBJECT). This Law is intended to establish the residence and declaratory in commission of
the judicial authorities of the Judicial Authority, in the exercise of their functions.
Article 2. (RESIDENCIA).
I. The residence of the Magistrate, Magistrates, Counselors, Directors of the Judicial Authority, in the exercise of their
functions, is the city of Sucre in business days.
II. The residence of the Vocals, Juezas and Judges of the Judicial Authority, in the exercise of their functions, is the seat
jurisdictional to which they correspond, in business days.
Article 3. (LICENAS).
I. The licenses will be granted or denied as established by the Law of the Judicial Organ and the provisions
regulations that correspond.
II. The President or the President of the Agro-Environmental Tribunal will grant licenses
III. The President or President of the Council of the Magistracy shall grant licenses to the Directors and Directors, and
District Managers, to the Judges or Judges Disciplinary measures in accordance with regulatory provisions.
Article 4. (COMMITTEES).
I. The authorities of the Judicial Authority may be declared on a temporary basis, only in the following cases:
Regulatory development on rules inherent in the Judicial Organ, time that must not exceed five (5) continuous and effective working days or ten (10) working days discontinuous in one (1) month.
Institutional representation in official acts by delegation, as long as they are inherent in the activities of the institution, time which shall not exceed two (2) effective days of representation.
Training, when there is an invitation from public or private, national or international, on issues inherent in the performance of the position, time that must not exceed ten (10) working days and effective in one (1) month.
II. The authorities responsible for granting the declaration in committee are as follows:
The Full Chambers of the Supreme Court of Justice, the Agro-Environmental Tribunal and the Council of the Magistracy, for its Magistrate, Magistrates, Counselors and Councillors.
The Full Chambers of the Departmental Courts of Justice, for their Vocals, Judges and Judges.
The Full Room of the Agro-Environmental Tribunal, for the Juezas and the Agro-Environmental Judges.
The Full Room of the Council of the Magistracy, for Disciplinary Judges and Judges.
Article 5. (ABANDONMENT OF FUNCTIONS). The unjustified abandonment of the headquarters of the Magistrate's functions,
Magistrates, Councillors, Councillors, Vocals, Judges and Ordinary and Agro-environmental Judges, for six (6) continuous working days or eleven (11) discontinuous in one year of the provisions of this Law and the Regulations of Licenses, will be subject to disciplinary responsibility as serious lack or criminal responsibility according to the provisions of Article 154 of the Penal Code and Law No. 044 of 8 October of 2010.
FIRST. Within ninety (90) days of the enactment of this Law, the Judicial Body
shall issue the regulations that are necessary for the execution of the present Law.
SECOND. They are excluded from the application of paragraph 8 of paragraph I of Article 188 of the Law of the Authority
Judicial, to the Vocals, Judges and Ordinary and Agroenvironmental Judges.
ONLY. All the provisions contrary to this Law are abrogated.
Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-six days of the month April
year two thousand thirteen.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
