CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declare 23 September of each year, how? National Day Against Trafficking and Trafficking in Persons?, in the framework of the commitments made in international treaties and agreements signed by the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

Article 2. The Executive Body and the autonomous territorial entities, within the framework of their competencies and in coordination with public and private institutions, will implement programs to raise awareness, awareness and promotion, aimed at prevention, protection and eradication of trafficking and trafficking of persons and related crimes.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
