Act No. 389 Act of July 9, 2013 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: article 1. Declare is the 23 of September of each year, as? Day national against trafficking and human trafficking?, in the framework of the commitments made in international treaties and conventions signed by the plurinational State of Bolivia.
Article 2. The Executive Body and the autonomous territorial entities, within the framework of its competence and in coordination with public and private institutions, to implement programmes of sensitization, awareness and promotion, prevention, protection and eradication of trafficking and trafficking in persons and related crimes.
Refer to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
